Returns & Shipping

1. After you receive your order confirmation, your package may leave our shipping dock within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your order has been shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

2. All online purchases are final sale. Every bracelet sold makes a donation and contributes to paying our team members. Should your item come damaged please contact us at info@shopequalitygoods.com (subj: exchange) within five (5) days. We will replace your bracelet after your exchange has been approved. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receipt. Should you have any questions about your order, please email us. If you purchased your bracelet from a third party, that store’s return policy will apply to your purchase. Please contact them directly.

3. If you chord needs to be repaired/replaced, please email info@shopequalitygoods.com with an explaination of what needs to be repaired along with an image of your bracelet.
